Just note, different flour may need different ratio of water to knead a dough, so just adjust the water level. • You can also customize your ingredients, e.g. add salt or sugar in the water or mix with flour; or add coco powder and mix with flour for chocolate flavor. etc.

The Roti-Tilla Pro is versatile and can fully automate the kneading, pressing, and baking for: • Authentic Indian Rotis and Chapatis. • Fresh soft Tortillas. • Other similar flatbreads. • Feel free to try any other creative ingredients, as long as the powder mix can be knead into a dough. E.g. Add matcha powder with flour to make green flatbreads.

Once the ingredients are loaded, the machine can deliver fresh "Fluff n Puff" flatbreads in just seconds per piece. The machine takes about 4 minutes to warm up after power on, then about one minute each flatbread.
